INNER VIBRATIONS

This piece represents when I felt overwhelmed and emotional, and only thoughts of escaping my surroundings, including my inner vibrations, were present. At times like this, my mind can't focus but keeps bouncing off an emotion, an idea, life, a feeling, a thought, just keeps bouncing.

When my inner vibrations are out of tune and all over the place, I have learned the value in stepping back, in order to declutter my mind. I do this by putting my feelings, thoughts or whatever, down on paper. It is always better to let out the emotions, then to keep it stuck inside. When I am lost for words, it is the painting that helps me speak my cluttered thoughts into a manageable order.
